Working out in the middle of the day is a tough challenge but one I feel is so worthwhile that I try to do it at least twice a week. Whenever I tell coworkers and friends about a lunchtime workout, they often sound sort of impressed, or somewhat skeptical that I’m getting my work done and able to take a break like that in the middle of the day. So, I decided to share the reasons why I really enjoy midday workouts during the workweek. I hope this inspires you to try it out as well (and maybe encourage more of my coworkers to step away from their desks for a fitness break!).
